Refund & Cancellation Policy

Service Charges

  • All fees paid to QuikSevaare service charges for assistance, form preparation, appointment booking, and customer support.
  • Government fees(for Passport, RTO, PAN applications) are separate and are paid directly on official portals. QuikSeva does not control or refund these.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your service before we start processing(i.e., before forms are prepared or appointments are booked), you are eligible for a full refund of QuikSeva service charges.
  • If work has already started (forms filled, appointments booked, documents verified), a partial refund(up to 50%) may be issued depending on the progress.
  • Once the application is fully submitted to the government portal, no cancellation or refund is possible.

 

Refund Policy

  • If your application is rejected due to an error made by QuikSeva, we will reapply for freeor issue a full refund of service charges (government fees remain non-refundable).
  • If rejection occurs due to incorrect/missing documents from the applicant’s side, no refund will be given.

 

Processing of Refunds

  • Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
