General
- QuikSeva is a private facilitation service providerbased in Surat, Gujarat.
- We assist customers with documentation, form filling, and appointment booking for Passport, RTO, and PAN services.
- We are not a government websiteand are not affiliated with Passport Seva Kendra, Regional Transport Office, or PAN issuing authorities (NSDL/UTI).
Eligibility
- To use our services, you must be 18 years or older.
- For minors, applications must be submitted by parents/guardians.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and valid documents.
Scope of Services
- QuikSeva provides assistance with:
- Passport applications (new, renewal, reissue, lost/damaged, minor)
- RTO services (license issuance/renewal, RC transfer, NOC, hypothecation removal)
- PAN services (new, correction/update, lost/reissue)
- Final approval of applications is at the sole discretion of government authorities. QuikSeva does not guarantee approvals.
Payments
- Service charges for QuikSeva are separate from government fees.
- Government fees must be paid directly on the respective official portals.
- All payments are collected securely through approved payment gateways(Razorpay/Instamojo).
Refund & Cancellation
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Government fees are non-refundable.
- If rejection occurs due to QuikSeva’s error, we will reapply free or refund service charges.
Limitation of Liability
- QuikSeva is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by government portals or appointment unavailability
- Rejections due to incorrect/incomplete documents provided by the customer
- Force majeure events (server downtime, strikes, natural calamities, etc.)
- Our liability is limited to the amount of service charges paid to QuikSeva.
Privacy & Data Security
- All personal data and documents are handled as per our Privacy Policy.
- Documents are deleted within 180 daysunless required by law.
Changes to Terms
- QuikSeva reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Updated terms will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date.
Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat.
